RETURN AND REFUND

Wily Bear has an amazing return and refund/ replacement policy. We always do prioritize customer satisfaction and try our level best to ensure a trouble-free, smooth, and great online shopping experience with us. As a part of that, we have an awesome and easy return and replacement/ refund policy with certain conditions.

When to Ask For Return and Replace:

  • If the product is not genuine (Must notify within 3 days).
  • If you’ve received a physically damaged product after opening the package – (Must notify within 24 Hours).
  • If the Product is completely different from the picture on the website (Must notify within 24 Hours).

***For these three cases mentioned above, we will bear the shipping cost if your claim is true. Please note that you must record a video of unboxing the product from our original packaging and send us the uncut and unedited version of the video to verify your claim.

  • If you change your mind/Misplaced order – (Product must be unused/sealed, conserve the delivery packaging as you received, within 24 hours).***Customer will bear the two ways shipping cost for returning, as well as replacing the item, we won’t be responsible for it.

Please Note That:

The customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. wilybear.com will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to wilybear.com address.

Return and replace request won’t be accepted, if:

  • Product quality is up to the manufacturer. As we’re not the manufacturer you cannot return an item claiming you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product.
  • We do not support software-related issues (Bugs, improvements) these all are out of our support policy.
  •  To return, the customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. Wily Bear will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to wilybear.com address.

When to Ask For a Refund:

You may ask for a refund (In case of any physical products) –

  • If you cancel the order before handing over the product to Courier Company for delivery. (Customer will receive a full refund)
  • In case of handed over for delivery, if you do not receive the product willingly from the respective shipping company and are willing to pay two ways courier charges as compensation money. (Customer will receive a refund excluding the two ways courier charges)
  •  If the shipping company loses the product or fails to deliver it for any reason. (Customer will receive a full refund)
  •  If we cancel the order due to a shortage of products or any other unavoidable reason. (Customer will receive a full refund)
  •  In the case of overseas product(s), if the product arrives damaged or faulty. (Customer will receive a full refund)
  •  In the case of overseas product(s), if it takes more than 60 days to arrive the product. (Customer will receive a full refund)

>>You may ask for a refund (In case of any digital products) –

  •  If the product you have received is not working as it should be or as it to the way stated on the product description page.

Once your refund request is received, your matter will be checked by the respective authorized team. We will verify whether the request is valid and as per our policy.

Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase or as per the above-stated conditions and found valid. And the purchased product must be in sealed/intact condition to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for a refund.

This validation process takes at least 7 business days depending on the return or refund method. Once completed, we will inform you of the validation result through an e-mail or phone call.

  • Most refunds are fully refunded in 7-10 days after we receive and process your return.
  • If you pay us through a credit/debit card, we will request a refund from the concerned authority, and the process will take 7-10 working days. (credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
  • If you pay through bKash/rocket/mobile banking, your money will be added to your desired account within 7-10 working days.

How to Submit Request:

  • You must provide us your ORDER ID, EMAIL, or PHONE NUMBER to process your request.
  •  You can communicate with us via Live Chat, by sending an email, or via Direct Call.
  •  Bad behavior/Lack of mandatory information will cause cancel your request immediately.
